How the coaching works

Your journey begins with a structured 4-month onboarding process, meticulously designed to give you clarity, direction, and momentum from day one. This isn’t just a generic training plan—it’s a fully personalized coaching experience that addresses your goals, movement patterns, and unique neurotype, ensuring every session moves you closer to your ideal self.

Step 1: In-Depth Goal Setting
 

We’ll start with a 60-minute intake call where we explore your aspirations, current challenges, and long-term goals. This conversation sets clear expectations and lays the foundation for your entire coaching journey.

Step 2: Comprehensive Screening

​

To ensure safe and effective programming, we conduct a full screening of your mobility, stability, and strength. This detailed assessment highlights your strengths, uncovers potential limitations, and identifies key areas for improvement. We will also dive deeper in your neuro profile to better understand your brain chemistry, how you work & learn best.

You’ll receive a video recording of your results, giving you a clear understanding of your current movement patterns, areas of focus & yourself as a human being.

Step 3: Education & Empowerment

​

Knowledge is power. That’s why your onboarding includes three educational presentations covering:

  • Nutrition, sleep & stress management & supplementation

  • Fundamental training terminology 

  • How to set yourself up for performance

​

These sessions equip you with the understanding needed to make informed decisions, autoregulate better during training sessions and maximize your results.

Step 4: Personalized Training Program

​

Based on your assessments and neurotype, you’ll receive an initial personalized training program. Each exercise comes with technical video explanations, ensuring you execute movements safely and effectively.

Your program includes:

​

  • Weekly written feedback keeps you accountable and allows continuous adjustments

  • Monthly technical video feedback refines your technique and ensures progress

  • Respons within 24h

Step 5: Check in call

​

After these 4 months we will have a check in call to talk about your onboarding experience & if you'd like to continue working with us.
